How can I be guaranteed the cargo quality?
We have an experienced QC team with more than 10 people. They carefully detect the stone quality piece by piece, monitoring every production process until packaging is complete. Third-party inspections are also welcome.
How to arrange shipping from China?
The first shipment is about 10-25 days after receiving the deposit. We work with many freight forwarders to arrange shipment and customs clearance, even offering door-to-door service to save you time.
Do you provide samples? Is it free?
We offer samples free of charge. Delivery costs are covered by the buyer initially, but we refund the express fee after an order is confirmed.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our regular MOQ is between 20-50 sqm. Trial orders are also available and welcome for discussion.
What are the payment terms?
Regular payment is via TT. For amounts less than USD 2000, 100% before processing. For amounts more than USD 2000, 30% deposit before processing and 70% before shipping.
